A Night of Three Wins

Paxton and the rest of the Blue and Gold kids had a wrestling meet against the Key Peninsula kids. This was his last dual meet of the season. He did amazing. He had two pins in his first two matches and on his third match of the night he won 10-zip! We are very proud of you Paxton.

A night in Seattle

The evening started at one of our favorite places to eat P.F. Chang's. We enjoyed the lettuce wraps, Mongolian beef and double pan fried noodles. We also got to see the famous, Ciscoe, of "Gardening with Ciscoe" who was dining there as well. I wanted to ask for some pointers on my flower beds, but decided to respect his privacy. http://www.ciscoe.com/

We had awesome tickets to the Seattle Sonic/Portland Trailblazer game at Key Arena. The Blazers didn't do so hot.

Jorge Clooney

A couple of snapshots of Paxton's little friend Jorge Clooney. He was given to Paxton from one of Paxton's favorite idols, Mike Lewis. Jorge was just a couple of weeks old when we got him and he has over tripled in size. He is a stick bug and lives off of blackberry bushes.

The Suite 16

Marty was able to get a suite for 16 at the Atlanta Hawks/ Seattle Sonics game on January 25th 2008. THANKS TO ONE OF HIS FAVORITE FORMER STUDENTS FROM WESTHILLS ELEMENTARY AND BREMERTON HIGH SCHOOL, COURTNEY JEANPIERRE! ! ! !! ! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The Grand Marival Nuevo Vallarta

We stayed at the Grand Marival in Nuevo Vallarta in July 2006. http://gomarival.com/home.aspx We had a vacation of a lifetime. Gammy (Hoyt) joined us a few days after we got there. We recommend this all-inclusive resort for anyone. There was a lot of things to do from relaxing by the pool to snorkeling, kyaking, boogie boarding to spinning classes and cooking classes. We all enjoyed the nightly entertainment which was a different show each night. Below is a picture of the "quiet pool" as compared to the "activity pool" where there was non-stop music, games, activities and so on...

Puerto Vallarta 2006

We have prime seating for the nightly show under las palapas which seated over 200 people. This is where they also held Sunday Mass.

Paxton spent many, many hours creating this masterpiece. He had several people stop on the beach to take picutes and pose next to his beach fort.

As Blain was 17, these were VIRGIN straberry daquiries! Notice her bright geen wrist-band which meant under age. The adults had black wrist-bands.

Blain did put on a rather impressive karioke show of "Baby Got Back" by Sir-Mix-A-Lot. She had standing ovations. Sadly, the rest of the trip people referred to me as "the girl that could really sing's mom."

Avery got her hair braided by Maria. Blain talked Maria down from 40 bucks to 20. It took her 20 minutes to put them in and about for hours for me to take them out, ugh!
